House
Ground floor
The front door opens to the entrance hall (15m2) with exposed stone wall and polished concrete floor. To the right of the hall a door opens to a large sitting room (28m2) with exposed beam ceiling, stone Charentaise fireplace, polished concrete floor and a pair of windows overlooking the pretty south-facing courtyard garden to the front of the house.
