This gem is situated about 37 miles from Paraguay's capital Asuncion in the mountain range above Lake Ypacarai. The emerging resort town of San Bernardino and the spa town of Altos are just a few miles away.

The impressive country estate built in the traditional colonial architecture during the early years of the 21 century rises amidst grounds of 68 acres richly planted with exotic trees and shrubs. During the ensuing years more buildings were added bringing the total to six buildings.

The houses and gardens cover an area of about 5 ha. The 4 x 9 meter swimming pool is filled with cristal clear water from a 850 feet deep well. For the owner and guests solid wooden and cushioned sunbeds are available as is a large open barbecue grill. The finca is hooked-up the the municipal water and electricity grid but also has a generator to cover for possible power failures or fluctuations. The reception of radio-, television-, telephone and internet is guaranteed by aerials installed on the estate. All 68 acres of the finca a fenced and lovingly turned into a park like estate.
