The chalet is set in a dominant position on the south-facing mountainside above the village of Verchaix, just 10 minutes from Samoens, and it benefits from a breathtaking 360 degree view and day-long sunshine. It was a traditional farmhouse and has been beautifully renovated using high end materials.

The house has 2 storeys plus a mezzanine. On the ground floor is an apartment which could be independent from the rest of the house. In all there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WCs, 2 shower rooms and a separate WC.
