The house sits just outside a small, sleepy hamlet and has tarmac road access and is perfectly habitable although would benefit from general modernisation such as new bathroom etc. The structure is block & concrete built rather than rocks.
The room layout is currently very traditionally Spanish but could easily be changed to the layout of your choice.
