JOB TITLE

Executive Building Services Engineer (Macau)

Our client, a Construction and Engineering company based in Hong Kong, is looking to hire an Executive Building Services Engineer for their ongoing casino construction project in Macau.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Are you a degree qualified Building Services Engineer or similar?
Do you have 8+ years experience in Building Services roles?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the building services coordination, installation and testing & commissioning;
Managing the the building services construction and project administration throughout the construction life cycle from installation, T&C, to statutory compliance and handover;
Ensuring all site activities are sequenced efficiently, considering all factors affecting site access, progress rates and the critical path.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
Qualified member of CIBSE or HKIE preferred;
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
Must possess good communication skills and be able to speak and write both Cantonese and English.
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Engineer, or Engineer positions
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a self-motivated, innovative, mature, result-orientated attitude and ability to work independently.
