JOB TITLE

Façade Design Manager - ***Hong Kong

A global leader in design, project management and engineering is seeking a experienced personnel to join their expanding team in Hong Kong and Macau Offices. Be apart of a group that provides world-class service to every project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure timelines and expectations are met
Be able to liaise and handle client queries
Inspects work completed to ensure execution is done in accordance with specifications
Maintain a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks
Track changes and update site based schedules and documents
Prepare required reports, meeting minutes and presentation
Be responsible for coordinating all activities and resources in support of all projects

Experienced in engineering, project management, manufacturing, installation of architectural envelopes and interior systems. Their goal is to provide design and construction solutions that meet the clients most varied needs, by working closely with architects and designers from the earliest planning phase.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Degree holder or equivalent in the relevant discipline
At least 8 years relevant experience in the construction industry
Must have on-site experience
Must have at least 5 years in Curtain Walling and Façade
Demonstrate good continuity of employment by remaining in their last two positions
Proven team leadership and contractual awareness
Fluent in Cantonese and English

***Successful candidate can expect a monthly package of up to HK$50,000***

***Candidates with less experience will be considered for more junior roles***
