FACILITY MANAGER (DATA CENTER)
Our Client is a global leading data center service provider. They provide an integrated service across these sectors to a range of Clients managing a total of several million square feet of property.

JOB DESCRIPTION
•Deliver high quality facility management services and maintain a safe working environment
•Prepare forecast for equipment maintenance and replacement
•Handle tenant/customers space request and move management
•Manage service delivery and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
•Prepare annual budget OPEX/CAPEX inclusive of conditional report
•Prepare detailed incident reports and other duties assigned by client
•Liaise with the clients, tenants and government authorities as required
•Ensure all staff are effectively trained on all safety policies and facility rules

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Diploma/Degree in Facility or Engineering or License Electrical Worker (LEW)
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking/data centre / or any similar Facilities’ Management
•Familiar with and having experience with and exposure to critical systems, M&E Infrastructure and maintenance works such as annual building / power shutdowns and generator full load test requirements
•MUST have a Health, Safety and Security Management background
•Able to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
•Good interpersonal skills
