Fantastic House in front of the sea, it is a modern building near Barcelona, located in the North Coast of Barcelona, just 20 minutes away from Barcelona city. It has a unique location on this coast of Barcelona, directly communicated to Barcelona city either by train or by highway or road. Another advantage is the proximity to the marina El Balis and several golf courses.
The house is very private besides it enjoys relaxing views of the sea. It is distributed in 2 levels. On the main floor is a large living room with fireplace covered with stone and a large glass front of large windows that connect the porch and swimming pool at the same level. The kitchen is divided into 2 zones, one eat-in area and the other for working. On this floor is a room with bathroom for the service plus another room. The upper floor has been divided into 3 sleeping areas. One of them is a large master suite with access to a splendid terrace, the other a bedroom with bathroom also with access to the same terrace and the third zone 2 bedrooms with bathroom. On the same floor is the water area plus another bedroom with bathroom with independent access to the street.
The house was built taking into account the proximity to the sea and consequently the possible damage that could cause the salinity of the sea. So all housing is built between two air chambers, a camera on the ground and one on the roof. The advantages are several, on one hand the lack of humidity, access to all lines and facilities, thermal insulation and soundproofing.
