This active and running winery is located a very few kilometers away from the renowned town of San Gimignano, in the heart of one of the most productive wine areas of Tuscany.
It includes a hut currently dedicated to the drying of the grapes for the production of Vin Santo and a cellar, fully equipped and perfectly running, dedicated to aging, bottling and winemaking.
The property spreads over an area of over 30 hectares of land, 22 of which cultivated with vineyards and the remaining divided between olive groves, forests and arable land ready for a possible implant of more vineyards.
Among the vineyards, about 10 hectares are dedicated to the production of Vernaccia, while about 12 are cultivated for the production of Chianti Colli Senesi and San Gimignano Rosso.
Vernaccia is among the most refined wines in Italy and it is produced exclusively in the area of the municipality of San Gimignano, as well as being the first Italian wine in having received the controlled designation of origin.
The Winery is dedicated to the production of wine and oil since 1974 and nowadays, after numerous awards, it exports its wines on national and international markets.
The machineries are among the most technological and advanced.
The production is around 160.000 bottles per year.
The Winery represents an excellent investment with an array of possibilities to develop and improve, as well as being in a great geographical location: the main roads are easily accessible and in just over an hour you can reach Florence, Siena or even the Tuscan Coast.
