Quinta da Portela is a 25.110m2, 45 km south of Oporto Francisco Sa Carneiro airport, in a quiet, relaxing and bucolic country area with fine climate conditions, not far from Vila da Feira and near the north-west coast of Portugal.

The second house has two bedrooms, complete bathroom, dining-room, kitchen (with a traditional wooden stove), and pantry.
Of course there is central heating in the houses.

Facing the two houses you can find a beautiful traditional wooden granary on stone pillars in the middle of a wide threshing floor. The farm has lots of trees for wood, as well as fruit trees, 272 lemon trees and four long rows of kiwis with 100m each one (annual production of 2000 kgs + 1500 kgs of lemons). Automatic watering system is provided, but the farm has also water coming from wells and natural springs, enough for farming needs and swimming-pool filling. You enter the Quinta through wide and modern gates.

By car, you can find in a few minutes beautiful sandy beaches or reach the welcoming, touching and beautiful historic center of Porto (30Km away).

Quinta da Portela can be for housing, events or guest houses, the plot being for cultivation, is the ideal choice for week-end stays or holidays as well as for tourist industry or agricultural investment.
