Stone and brick Umbrian farmhouse dating back to the first half of the 1800s, restored in 1994, located a few kilometres from the medieval town of Citta della Pieve.

The farmhouse is located at the base of Mount Cetona, not far from the marvellous town of Cetona, and is reached by means of an unpaved road of approx. 500 metres.

The farmhouse is arranged over two levels and currently divided in two separate, adjoining units, each with own entrance; this splendid farmhouse totals approx. 450 square meters, plus cantina/tavern at basement level, a porch of 20 square meters, a self-contained guest unit, a rural outbuilding and land of approx. 5 hectares.

Internally the property has been restored according to local traditions, with ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles and hand made, terracotta floor tiles.

There is mains water. The only thing missing here is a swimming pool, which is possible and would complete this property.
