The stud lies in a fertile valley in the far Eastern corner of Arcos de la Frontera, only 10 km from Villamartin.
A small public dirt track separates the 6 ha (15 acres) plot into a corn field of about 2 ha (5 acres) and the stud of about 4 ha (10 acres).
Here are also all barns, stables and residential buildings. In the larger barn of the two barns are 10 good sized horse boxes, the tack room and a staff flat with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a lounge with fire place and a kitchen. This flat measures about 60 m2 (660 sq f). Above the flat is a large multi-purpose room with a small kitchen which is being used as a party room but also for meetings and other gatherings. There also is another staff flat with a lounge, bedroom and bath room.

The main residence lies next to the barn and has a built area of about 120 m2 (1,320 sq f) There is a spacious lounge with a central open fire place. The kitchen behind the lounge has a breakfast bar and a separate larder. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second barn serves as a straw and horse feed storage and for foaling mares two extra large boxes are available. There are also several open stables in the grounds, a round pen and a 40 x 40 meter riding arena. Many old “acebuches” (wild olive tree) and stone oak trees provide welcome shade for man and beast. The stud is connected to mains electricity and the water comes from a well on the property.
The ideal property for the horse lover who seeks a certain solitude.
