The house at Finowstrasse 38 represents a small five-storey apartment building of twelve residential and two commercial units. The wooden entrance door with its curved transom and the preserved historic tiles in the entrance area underline the vintage character of the period building, which was raised in 1904. The wooden staircases with their ornamental hand rails and the wood-frame windows in the stairwell date back to those days. The floor plans of the two-bedroom flats, ranging between 59.70 and 66.34 square metres in size, are defined by their fitness for purpose as understood at the time the house was built.
