The property is a traditional canarian house in a plot of 3.650 m2 with 300 trees inside. The house is surrounded by pines, orange, lemon, pears and plum's trees.
This house is more than 100 years old and only 5 house more are located all over the valley.
It needs a refurbishing inside since it is oldfashioned, but the structure is in a very good conditions.
It has close to 110 m2 with 4 bedroons and two bathrooms.
It's well conected and the car parking is beside the house.
Even with nice ideas it could became a fantastic traditional villa.
It's located in a very quite, lovely and green valley of Gran Canaria.
Just 25 minutes from the city center of Las Palmas and 5 minutes driving from the traditional village of Firgas.
It's very close to the City but in the North of the island.
Firgas is a charming little town that's famous throughout the Canary Islands for producing top class sparkling mineral water.
It all comes from a spring in Barranco de la Virgin, which is about 5kms away. The water is incredibly popular throughout the islands; you'll see it everywhere. They produce an impressive 200,000 bottles a day.
But, there's more to Firgas than just water. The town itself is very pretty and has some interesting sights. Check out the Paseo de Gran Canaria. There's a huge man-made waterfall here that cascades over 30 meters down to the pedestrian passage below. It's quite a sight; it draws crowds of onlookers and passers-by.
You'll also see many painted landscapes and historic symbols of Gran Canaria all over the town, on the benches, on the sides of houses, etc. It's a visual treat!
Go further along the Paseo and you'll come to a structure with big slabs and ceramic ornaments that give a very detailed map of Gran Canaria and the surrounding islands.
The promenade itself is very entertaining - full of life and atmosphere; where young and old people gather all throughout the day and night.
