Opis:

A chalet built in 2001 in the upper reaches of Verchaix. This village has a couple of small bars, a primary school and a Mairie. The main village is situated just above the road which connects Taninges to Samoens and Sixt Fer-a-Cheval. The nearest skiing is just across the valley approx 4km away at Morillon. From Morillon, it is possible to access the whole of the Grand Massif ski domain.

The chalet benefits from stunning views and lots of sun due to its elevated position. It has a magnificent deck with a covered swimming pool.

In the garden is a mazot. In the French Alps it is common to find a smaller building (the mazot) beside the main chalet. Its purpose was to store a family's most valuable possessions at a safe distance from any risk of fire in the chalet itself. This mazot measures 20m2 plus a 10m2 mezzanine.

There is also a garden shed and covered parking.
