Old country house with a 250.000 m2 plot in front line of the sea in Formentera, considered one of the last paradises of the Mediterranean, unique for its waters of pure transparency and beautiful colours.
Which allows us to build two houses with a maximum constructible surface:
-Above ground surface: 400 m2
-Below ground surface: 400 m2
In addition 200 m2 swimming pool, pergolas and English patios (to illuminate the basement)
The concept of two houses project is a simple volumetric consisting of a set of volumes of rectangular and a flat roof which responds to the needs of the single family house.
The projects are located in areas of rustic land respecting forest and protected areas.
