This attractive chalet was built in 1990 in a peaceful area of Samoens, a stone's throw from the centre of the village. The total floor area is 260m2, although some of this has a ceiling height that is less than 1.8m.

The main living area is spacious with three distinct parts: kitchen, dining area and lounge, separated by a few steps. Outside is a south-west facing terrace and a garden. There are 3 double bedrooms (one with a mezzanine) and one small bedroom.

Cellars and the boiler room.

* Upper Ground Floor
A spacious living area with an open kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a fireplace. It opens onto an attractive south-east facing terrace and the garden. On this floor there is also a guest WC and a little laundry room.

* First Floor
3 double bedrooms (one with a mezzanine) and a smaller single bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower, a WC.

* Attic
The attic is reached by climbing a ladder.

* Samoens
A pretty, undiscovered rural valley village, set amid forest with easy access to the extensive alpine region of the Grand Massif. Samoens is the only winter and summer sports resort in France to be listed as a 'Historic Monument'. Once a thriving stone-cutting centre, it still retains an ancient church, medieval fountains and a variety of old rustic buildings.

* Skiing in Samoens
Samoens is linked directly to the Grand Massif ski area, which also includes the towns of Sixt, Morillon, Les Carroz and the modern resort Flaine. With over 265km of piste and endless off piste, this is a huge ski area, and still relatively undiscovered with barely any lift queues and one of the best snow records in the Alps.
Samoens has plenty of bars and restaurants open late into the small hours and is a fantastic, relaxed spot for the apres ski - though it still retains the feel of rural France.
