Funeral Director

We are now seeking an individual to ensure that all funeral arrangements are conducted in accordance with the family' s wishes and can demonstrate the ability to build a caring, professional relationship with the bereaved whilst delivering a consistently high level of client service.

As a Funeral Director you may be required to make all the practical arrangements for the funeral, ensuring that the family are made aware of the full range of services and options available to them. You will also co-ordinate all staff under your direction during the service in addition to performance managing your team with the emphasis on client service.

Excellent communication skills and an engaging personality are vital to this role and as an ambassador for the company you will be required to develop relationships with key opinion formers, support community events and identify potential areas for business growth.
