GENERAL FOREMAN

THE NATURE OF OUR CLIENT’S BUSINESS

Our client is a world leader in concessions and construction, employing close to 183,000 people in some 100 countries. They are one of the leading underground works in Hong Kong.

They are now seeking for a competent experienced General Foreman to work on a prestigious project in Hong Kong.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all daily site actively
• Co-ordinate and communicate effectively with site personnel
• Supervise team members and staff/workers on-site
• Ensure site health and safety is reinforced
• Review the status of the overall projects daily and ensure work is performed in accordance to program and schedule
• Ensure smooth running of the operation and targets are executed
• Liaising and coordinating engineers and site workers
• Preparing weekly meetings and reports

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 15 – 20 years experience in site works or foreman experience
• Experience in Tunnel - Drill & Blast would be preferred.
• Possess electrical license of high voltage is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese) would be an advantage
