The second floor offers 6 more double rooms, and a single room.

Currently the attic floor, with approximately 90 m2 of living space (3-rooms, kitchen and bathroom), is used, but can also be rented as a holiday apartment.

In the ground floor there is a ski room with boot dryer, a refrigerator for drinks and foodstuffs, various storage rooms, a person shower with toilet, smoker's oven and the sanitary facilities for the restaurant and bar area.

The house is heated by an oil central heating with radiators and floor heating at the ground floor.

There are enough parking spaces in front of the house.
