The well-established and well-kept guesthouse is located in the middle of the fascinating mountain- and lake world of the national park "Hohe Tauern" and is also close to the family ski area "Weisssee Gletscherwelt". The guesthouse is an ideal starting point for excursions such as: Grossglockner, Krimmler waterfalls, Salzburg, ....

The guest house, which was built in 1979, has been continuously expanded and has always been maintained.

On the ground floor there is the cozy dining room with approx. 60-100 seats, a smoker's lounge, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. (Gas cooker, fryer, plate heaters, gas grill, combi steamer, .....)

There is also a guest terrace, a children's playground, a horse stable with 6 to 8 horse boxes as well as a common garden.

On the first floor there are 3 double rooms, 1 single room and a holiday apartment with 4 rooms, bathroom and separate toilet.

The second floor offers 6 more double rooms, and a single room.

Currently the attic floor, with approximately 90 m2 of living space (3-rooms, kitchen and bathroom), is used, but can also be rented as a holiday apartment.

In the ground floor there is a ski room with boot dryer, a refrigerator for drinks and foodstuffs, various storage rooms, a person shower with toilet, smoker's oven and the sanitary facilities for the restaurant and bar area.

The house is heated by an oil central heating with radiators and floor heating at the ground floor.

There are enough parking spaces in front of the house.
