Opis:

This is a typical square house. You enter in the hall which also can serve as a living room and from here all rooms can be entered. On the right 2 (bed) rooms, than at the end the bathroom and left a room and the kitchen. Behind the kitchen a storage whit a door to the outside and the woodshed.

Condition of the house is fine. You might be able to live here directly.

Electricity and water are present, drainage connected to the sewer system.

This village will be found just south of Lake Balaton, in the province of Somogy. In the village all facilities and if you want more extensive shopping, there is Marcali (8 km). There is also a good thermal bath. The village is surrounded by forests and for the fishing lovers there is the Boronka lake nearby.
Of course a visit to the Balaton is worth while. 23 km will take you to the lake where you go to in Summer for the beach and water fun, but in the spring and autumn it is also very nice to walk along the water. Nice combination of the Hungarian relaxed way of live and tourism if you want to search for it.

House is really worth while looking at. Nice house where you can immediately move in.
