Set in a beautiful, typical whitewashed traditional Andalucian village the property is the biggest home in town! It is constructed over three floors

The top floor is guest accommodation with three twin bedrooms, a bathroom, large tv lounge and courtesy room and opens out onto a beautiful sun terrace. The terrace accomodates a plunge pool during the summer months and overlooks the village and the surrounding olive clad hills. This accommodation has its own entrance so is private and separate from the owners accommodation.

The middle floor comprises a large dining room, bathroom, bedroom, sitting room/ bedroom, kitchen and small television room It leads out to a terrace which overlooks the garden that could easily house a 7m x 5m swimming pool. It also has a utility room. The house is accessed by the large entrance into a hall with stairs to the upstairs and also to the lower floor.

The lower floor is still in the traditional Andalucian style with exposed beams, cobbled floor and large open fireplace. This floor is open to total renovation to make self contained flats.

Altogether there are 14 rooms in the house.

There is a large 2 car garage.

The village itself is 45 minutes rom Granada and less than and hour and a half to the coast. A regular bus service goes into the historical town Alcala La Real where an imposing fortress sits high on the hills dating back to the 3rd century.

A new medical centre has been built and the village boasts a supermarket and a wonderful bar called Santa Anna which has an enormous chiringita which is open during summer months.

5 minutes in the car brings you to the Spa town of Frailes which also has many eating houses.

The house has been running successfully as a guest house. It has an ideal location for access to the Sierra Nevada for winter sports, and is also on the Rute of the Caliphate.
