Helene is situated in the heart of the Carre d'Or minutes from the Mediterranean, Promenade des Anglais and Old Town. Completely refurbished and finished in a clean and comfortable style, this air-conditioned apartment also comes with a balcony complete with views over the hills and Belle Époque roof tops.

Living Area

Modern parquet flooring, clean white walls and touches of cool, stylish light grey finish this room. There is a three seater corner sofa, white leather armchair, coffee table and flat screen TV with access onto the balcony where you will find a table and chairs to seat two people.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen next to the living room is modern and practical. Finished with sleek white cupboards and touches of grey and red. There is an oven, four ring hob, microwave, and full size fridge freezer.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms of a similar size in the apartment, both are air-conditioned like the rest of the property.

The first holds a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side. There is also a mirrored double wardrobe and table with chair.

The second bedroom also holds a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a fitted mirrored wardrobe. There is also access onto a small south facing balcony from this room.

Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed with a large walk-in shower, wash basin with mirror, vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet.
