HH -Deceptively spacious townhouse in the centre of Manilva town with lots of character. On entering the property, there is a small dining area and up a small step to a large bedroom. This area can easily be converted back to a living room if preferred.
Pass through the doorway and you find a rustic kitchen which leads to the downstairs bathroom. There is a small utility terrace off of the kitchen with the washing machine and boiler housed in an exterior built in cupboard.
An ornate staircase leads from the kitchen to the upper level where you will find a small open plan lounge with a built-in cupboard for extra storage.
Also on this floor there is a huge master bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This room was original 2 smaller bedrooms and it could easily be converted back to 2 bedrooms if required, making it a 3 bedroom property.
From the lounge area there is a small terrace with stairs leading to the solarium. The Solarium is very private and offers sea and mountain views.
Whilst retaining many of the original features, such as the stunning mosaic staircase, the house also offers many modern conveniences. It is wired for landline phone and Fibre optic internet and has the pre-installation for solar panels.
It is easily accessible to all the amenities Manilva town offers. The local schools, church, medical centre, sports centre, bank, pharmacy and tapas bars are all within a 10 minute walk of the property. Just a 5 minute drive down the hill, you will find the wonderful blue flag beaches of Sabinillas and Duquesa port.
Manilva is one of the "White villages" of Spain and it's narrow streets are steeped in history.
Manilva is directly linked to the A7 motorway offering access to Marbella and Malaga as well as Sotogrande and Gibraltar.
This would make an ideal home for someone wanting to experience "real Spain" while still being near to all modern amenities and services.
