Historical Flat in the Center of Barcelona

A flat located in an historical building in the centre of Barcelona, near Plaza Catalunya.

The flat of 158m2 has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and three balconies as well, one of them is a big balcony with conservatory and then two smaller ones. The whole flat has still its original ground floor, that differs from room to room. Some ground floors are made of wooden and some of mosaic. It has high ceilings with different stucco, air conditioning and gas heating. Another very special characteristics of that flat is its traditional chimney which is still usable.
