In short it is the ideal villa and location whatever you enjoy doing on holiday.

The accommodation comprises

Modern spacious luxury two bedroom detached villa with private pool. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes, independent air conditioning, plus an en-suite bathroom, shower over bath, WC, bidet and double basins. The second twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobe with independent air conditioning. There is a separate shower room with WC and washbasin.

Spacious and tastefully decorated lounge/diner, which is superbly furnished and has a modern LED TV with UK TV. There are over 60 UK Channels available including BBC1, 2 & 3, ITV 1, 2 & 3, and various UK Kids, Film, Entertainment, Music and News Channels. There is also a Blue Ray Player (which will play both standard DVD's and Blue Ray Discs) and Free wifi installed at the Villa. Air conditioned.

The extremely spacious and separate kitchen is fitted out with brand new appliances throughout. There is a microwave with grill, electric cooker, hob and hood, large larder style fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The kitchen is also fully equipped with kettle, toaster, all pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and crockery.

This property has a brand new 8X5m pool with seated Jacuzzi area, large tiled area and shower by the pool and we are constructing a 6ft fence with gated access around the garden and pool area for additional child safety and privacy. There is also a roof solarium accessed by an external staircase. This is extremely spacious and completely private ideal for catching the suns rays any time of the day for dining under the stars in the evening. There is a covered terrace, accessed from the patio doors, that has a table with four chairs for al fresco dining, and there is another identical set on the roof terrace. There are 2 sets of rand new fully reclining sun loungers, 4 on the roof solarium, and 4 by the pool. So if you want to move from one to the other you just need to pick up your towel and pillow and go!

The property is located on a quiet, one-way avenue away from the main resort access roads and there is a small green park area with benches 50 yards from the front door. Across the main road at the other side of this park lies a children's play park with a climbing frame, tubular slide, see saws and plenty of sand! The park is overlooking the 8 floodlit padel tennis courts and brand new air-conditioned gym with state of the art fitness equipment and LCD TV screens. There is another children's play park a little further round that has slides, frames, seesaws and swings. In addition there are plenty of open green areas ideal for a family game of cricket or football.

It is ideally located in a quite and peaceful residential area between the Town Centre and the El Boulevard areas of the resort. At Resort Town Centre there is the 5* Intercontinental Hotel with both indoor and outdoor pools where you can join in with free activities such as Aquastretch and pool games in the Summer. There is also another Gym and a superb Elemis Spa that usually offers discounted rates for residents and guests.

If your game is golf then you can always book yourself tee-time at the pro shop here. There are usually discounts available for twilight rounds all year as well as reductions for midday tee-times during the summer. You can also hire clubs, equipment and buggy's and there is a driving range and practice area if you want to work on your swing or hone your putting skills before heading out on the course.
