Renovated to the Highest Standard, this holiday studio apartment is in the popular family friendly Minerva Complex in Benalmadena.

This fully air conditioned and independently heated Studio is on the raised area of the ground floor and is accessible without the use of lifts or stairs. With newly laid flooring throughout, it consists of a Brand New fully fitted kitchen with Electric Hob, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge with Ice box Freezer compartment, Automatic Washing Machine and all the crockery, cutlery, Glasses, pots, pans and utensils you will need during your stay.

The Lounge area has a wall mounted 32' Flat Screen TV with English channels. Wi-Fi is also available (payable locally). 2 Single beds and additional Sofa Bed. There is also a Z bed and Travel Cot available on request (foc) but due to health and safety reasons bedding is not provided for the cot, Dining table and 4 chairs, double wardrobe and additional storage space.

The bathroom is also newly refurbished with WC, Rain shower, Halogen lighting, Power point, Hairdryer, Vanity unit and Mirror.

The Furnished Balcony has Sun all afternoon and looks out over the beautifully manicured gardens with side view of the Pool area. If the Spanish sun gets too much for you then there is also a Toldo curtain which can be wound down to block out the sun.

Towels and Linen are provided but we ask that you provide your own beach towels.

The Minerva complex has the best swimming pools in the area (5) with lifeguards and poolside snack bar, open during peak times (June to September). 24 Hour English Speaking reception/security staff, hairdresser, Currency exchange and safe rental.

Situated on Avenida El Gamanol it is perfectly placed for the Beach, Paloma Park and Bonanza Square which has a mixture of family friendly bars and restaurants.

The traditional Spanish village of Arroyo De La Miel is also just a short walk away with an array of shops and tapa's bars. Excursions to Gibraltar, Tangiers, Marbella and Malaga can all be booked through our office.
