Requirements:
-At least 1 year of Otr in the last 3 years, 3 months of that must be in the last 6 months or 6 months in the last 12 months
-23 years old
-Clean driving & background record

0-50 miles $.88cpm + $15
51-100 miles $.88cpm
101-200 miles $.54cpm
201-300 miles $.50cpm
301-400 miles $.48cpm
401-550 miles $.46cpm
Base rate $.44cpm
*Base Rate applies to 551+ mile loads, empty miles and split loads
*Transition pay: $500 on your first check and $.05cpm extra pay for your first 60 days, then another $500 after 60 days.
All miles paid on more accurate PRACTICAL MILE SCALE
Safety pay increase of a 1/2 cent per mile, raises every 40,000 paid miles to HIGH LEVEL CAP
