Nice open grass areas with large trees throughout and along the fence lines for natural shade and shelter. The grass here is known for its balanced minerals, especially good to raise foals properly.

There are two separate wells with power poles and great water, one near the house and barns, one on the middle 10+ Acres.

The whole property belongs to a Florida corporation. The buyer can chose betwenn the purchase of the corporation or the real estate. The sales price is US$ 669.000 ( € 539.000,009 part of which can be financed by the vendor. In case of a cash sale the vendor is prepared to negotiate a discount of the sales price.
