The house
On two floors. On the ground floor a large living room with a terrace and a small garden are at guests' disposal.
We have three very different rooms and two bathrooms with shower and bath. The air conditioning system provides the best comfort even in summer.
Breakfast is served from Monday to Saturday at Pugi - (www.focacceria-pugi.it), one of the best places to Florentine specialties. On Sundays, breakfast at the B & B is prepared

Bicycle lovers are welcome and have the opportunity to find safe in their vehicles

Opportunities and services to customers:
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bike shelter, library, garden, booking shows and theaters, parking free of charge or in the garage of the zona. Tourist information, no pets allowed.
On request there is also a comfortable kitchen with kitchenette, double sink, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine (extra charge).

The area
is the Piazza Ferrucci, easy to reach by public transport.
Piazzale Michelangelo, a stone's throw away, it's a nice walk, which can be done on foot, starting from the villa. Following a trail in the countryside you get this great place where you can enjoy the full view of Florence. Further along the hill, and you come to the observatory and then rises along the gardens and countryside Porta Romana, the other side of town.
Another great walk from the villa to the center:
further along the Arno you arrive 10 minutes Ponte Vecchio, cross it and you are in the heart of the city: the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery are just there.

Im Zentrum der Stadt, in einer Villa auf zwei Etagen, eine gemütliche B & B zu finden und sehr ruhig.
Das Haus
Auf zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Terrasse und einem kleinen Garten stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.
Wir haben drei ganz unterschiedlich eingerichtete Zimmer und zwei Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Klimaanlage sorgt für den besten Komfort auch im Sommer.
Das Frühstück wird von Montag bis Samstag um Pugi serviert - (www.focacceria-pugi.it ), einer der besten Orte, um Florentiner Spezialitäten. Am Sonntag wird das Frühstück im B & B hergestellt

Das Gebiet
ist die Piazza Ferrucci, gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
Piazzale Michelangelo, einen Steinwurf entfernt, ist es ein schöner Spaziergang, der zu Fuß erledigt werden können, ausgehend von der Villa entfernt. Nach einer Strecke in der Landschaft erhalten Sie dieser großen Platz, wo Sie den vollen Blick auf Florenz genießen. Weiter entlang der Hügel, und Sie kommen an der Sternwarte und steigt dann entlang der Gärten und die Landschaft Porta Romana, der anderen Seite der Stadt.
Ein weiterer großer Fuß von der Villa zum Zentrum:
weiter entlang der Arno Sie ankommen 10 Minuten Ponte Vecchio, überqueren sie und Sie im Herzen der Stadt sind: der Dom, Palazzo Vecchio, die Uffizien sind einfach da.
