Built in approximately 1940, the house consists of two rooms, kitchen and a storage room.

The house has electricity. Gas, telephone and sewerage can be connected from the public road. The access road is paved!

This house is in a small and charming village in a beautiful setting. It is the last house in the street and from the garden you have a beautiful view.

This is however a substantially renovation project. In the past, the roof of the summer kitchen blown off, so you should see what to do here.

The fence is nicely restored and can also immediately see the large plot. On the plot a big orchard that was pruned last year. There is also a well. This can be used, but needs a new top.

House is in the village Abod in northern Hungary. Village itself is small, but the city (Edeleny) is at abbout 10 minutes and there you'll find all fpr your larger purchases. If you want to swim or fish, then there is the Rakaca lake at 30 minutes away. Skiing is also possible. At about 1 ½ hours (Slovakia) is a ski slope. In the immediate vicinity hiking, biking or hiking.

After renovation, you have a pleasant house in a wonderful place. For this price you cannot buy cheaper !!
