This is a unique minimalist house designed by the renowned Barcelona architect Antoni Ribas. It was built in 2004 with high quality materials. The whole building was constructed on a 60 cm thick compact concrete flagstone. As it is south facing, all the stays enjoy an exceptional natural light entry. On the first floor there is a large lounge dining room, a spacious kitchen-office from Bulthaup brand, both with direct exit to the porch and the garden. We also find an office, the larder and a bathroom. On the loft there are 2 rooms with a shared bathroom and a large suite. It offers radial heating by water.
