You enter the house thru the kitchen. Bathroom and the pantry on the left and goring right you can walk through to the living room (centrally located) and then to the bedroom at the front of the house. Attached to the living room a conservatory. Typical Hungarian layout. Not very big, but fully equipped.

Electricity, water and gas are available. Drainage is connected to the sewerage system. Heating by means of (wood) stoves.

Here you live in a romantic village close to Lake Balaton (15 km). Village is an excellent base for beautiful walks along the wine houses in Tihany National Park. House is right on the edge of a forest and the thermal bath in Csisztapuszta is just 5 km away. In the village all the basic facilities and several simple restaurants with good cuisine.

Small, but nice house in a good neighbourhood. All in all a good investment in an attractive village.
