The house is not worth much, but with a lots of skill, it might still turn into a nice (holiday)house. If that doesn't work, alternatively demolish and then build new. If that is the result, you have at least a nice plot in the beautiful western Hungary with electricity (230 and 380V) and water on the plot. Only this is already worth the price.

Gas can be connectedfrom the state, there is a septic tank available and also a connection to the sewerage system.

On the plot are two old barns, a cellar (12 m2) and a garage.

House can be found in the small village of Duka, on 20 km of Sarvar. In the village the daily amenities available, but the location is especially nice for the hills. A day tourism at Lake Balaton can been done in an hour and Vienna you will also be quick. The airport is at around 145 km.
