Opis:

The house is not big, but cosy and fine. Built in 1994 and looks good in order. In the house 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and storage. Plot is obviously big enough to build some extra.

You buy this for the location. From the house there is a road directly to the embankment behind which the Danube flows. Nice for a boat or to fish.

In the home electricity and water from our own well. The house is heated by means of heating elderberry.

Dunafalva is a small village directly on the Danube. Not huge, but enough shops for groceries. For larger shopping go to the city Baja. Traditionally also a "German" city (Schwaben) which is still noticeable at the Gymnasium where education takes place in German.

Nice and (almost) ready house is not of the Danube.
