This is really a house for summer in Hungary. The terrace is so beautiful, you must come and see. Very special place for relaxing. In the house itself you will find a living room / kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom. This is a house where you can immediately see the love for details. Renovation has been done very precise. Walls are still the same (very thick - 70 cm), but rest of the house is renovated in the last 10 years and with lots of success. This house will be joy in summer due to the terrace and in winter you will enjoy the perfect way it has been isolated.

Behind the house is a beautiful garden with lots of fruit trees. Nearby the house is a barn and opposite if it a 'ship' where children can play.

This house is maybe 100 years old in in the past it was owned by the people in Lengyeltoti that were working at the court. In the last 10 years it is renovated with good success. Is a very nice houses and garden. Renovated with lots of love for details.

All facilities are available. House is heated by gas convectors. Here you live in a beautiful area with all amenities available. The place itself is a city (city rights), but is actually a large village where there are all the groceries. In the towns on Balaton (Fonyod), or Balatonboglar will find a Lidl and Tesco. Everything here in the area available. On a 5 km you will also have the special thermal bath Csisztapuszta.
