Opis:

Plot is not large, so much work and so is the house. This is really a holiday house, but offers also many opportunities by its location. Right (100 meter) on the river Raba where you can fish and of course use a (motor) boat. You can go directly enjoy your vacation. In the garden is a little barn (4m2).

In the house one room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, not big, but everything there. You can extend the house with an other 30 m2.

Electricity and water are present. Drainage is connected to the septic tank. Heating is controlled by the woodstove. Gas can be connected. The street is a paved road.

This house is not far from the village Meggyeskovacsi. In the immediate vicinity a lot of water through the river, but also lakes. Sarvar on a 12 km (excellent thermal bath!) and you are here 130 km from Vienna.
