In the house you enter into a hall, then two rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Furthermore, a summer kitchen and at the plot some barns and former stables.

The house has electricity, water and gas. Drainage through the sewers. Also, gas is present, and is heated on the basis of gas convectors. Located at a paved and stone path.

House is in good condition, but a modernization would be needed in nearby future.

This is a "big village". Nice place with all amenities and a 20 km from Tiszafured, at the M3 side. In the village a thermal bath, nice restaurants and located on the Tisza river, so plenty of opportunities for water sports and for fishing. The bath and the restaurants are open all year round!

Here you can quickly and live in a nice village. Great location for your (holiday) house!.
