Opis:

Area is hilly and the village is located in between of the mountains. In this village already been several people from the Netherlands and Belgium found their second home. Village is a 20 minute drive from a larger town (Petervasara) and Eger can be reached in 40-50 minutes. Budapest is also easily accessible (100 km). In the village a few shops, a school and cafe.

This is a nice place where you can go have fun in all seasons. In summer the beautiful mountains, a lake for swimming and fishing, and of course close to the thermal baths and pool do not forget. Slovakia also with the beautiful forests and mountains can be reached with a 30 (car) minutes and the town Lucenec is definitely worth a visit.

When in the mountains, you'll think of skiing. That too is a possibility with two ski resorts nearby. They are supposed to be the best resorts of Hungary. For more info www.sipark.hu or, for even better slopes, you could take a daytrip to Slovakia.

You might use this as place for a caravan because the house itself is not worth much anymore. Not only the quality and construction, but also the size. One room and a kitchen, so rebuild would anyway be practical. Immediately think of building new, or use the plot as a beautiful private campsite and the house as storage.

The plot has electricity (in the current house), water and sewerage are present in the plot and gas can be connected from the street
