Really something unique is this beautiful Swabian farm from 1941. Living area of no less than 140 m2 which is divided into four rooms, bathroom and toilet. Some modernization such as placing a kitchen is always in place.

The farm has beautiful high ceilings and lots of details. Unique is the isolation and that the foundation is made of concrete. The walls built of clay, are very dry and the chimneys are renewed. Even the buildings are in very good condition. The whole is completed by a beautiful vaulted cellar.

A beautiful iron railing makes it all very beautiful. Behind the house a beautiful barn. Plot is not big, but nicely situated on a corner with lots of privacy. Plot is completely fenced.

Electricity (in addition, there is next to 220/240 V also 380 V) and water are present. The drainage is connected to a septic tank. For heating there are cosy wood stoves.

In the village Zavod live almost 400 people. Zavod is located on a 30 km east of the city Dombovar in a beautiful and hilly area. Dombovar is a beautiful city which offer you everything. At around 30 km is Tamasi what is well known by the thermal bath.
