Wonderful completely restored stone and bricks country house. Within a radius of 10-50 kilometres it is possible to reach all the main historical and art centres of Umbria and Tuscany such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, San Casciano dei Bagni, Cetona, Pienza, Montepulciano, la Val d'Orcia, Cortona and Siena. The closest airport is Sant'Egidio in Perugia (50 kilometres away) with flights to Milan and London, the latter with Ryanair. The nearest international airports are in Rome; Campino (150 kilometres) and Fiumicino (180 kilometres).

The country house has been completely restored between 1994 and 1995 in respect of the local tradition. The ceilings are of wooden beams and bricks or vaulted; floors are in pink handmade cotto; the room is in wooden beams and tiles, insulated and waterproofed. All the fixtures are in wooden, windows are double glazed, shutters have been made by local artesian as well as the wrought iron finishes.

The estate is supplied by all the main utilities such as water, electricity, heating system and telephone. Water is supplied by the local waterworks, two wells and two collecting cisterns. The heating is by an LPG cylinder with a four zone thermostat in the main building and a smaller boiler in the outbuilding.
