The ancient church complex of San Lorenzo is dated back to the XIV century and is located in a Valley called Pian di Marte. According to the historical tradition, this is the birthplace of the Roman Emperor Publio Elvio Pertinace, successor of Commodo. These localities were certainly inhabited by the Etruscans, whose presence is testified by a not far Ipogeo in the area of Villa Sagraia and by the fortified hamlet of Bellona, and on the top of Mount Murlo. The estate is currently a ruin. It consists of a church and the adjoining presbytery, for a gross total area of about 480 square metres. There is also an annex, a former pigsty of about 320 square metres. The buildings are object of obligation from the superintendence department of the Ministry of Perugia. The estate includes 4,20 ha of arable land and wood.
