Podere Palombaro is located in beautiful, panoramic position just a short walk from the village of San Venanzo, a fortified village in the centre of a region characterized by extended wood land areas and beautiful open green plains. "Podere Palombaro" has the traditional Umbrian style, with stone facades, roof covered in recovered tiles, beamed ceilings with the original terracotta tiles in view. The house was fully renovated in 2001.The level of finishing of the property is very good: all windows are hard wood with double glazing, mosquito nets, the floors in stoneware terracotta effect and parquet flooring, the latter is presently being installed.
