Imposing Charentaise house for renovation

This large charentaise house requires full renovation to bring it back to its former glory - it has huge potential.

House

The house is of typical charentaise layout - entrance hall, one large room either side, first floor landing, one large room either side, large attic.

The entrance hall (14 sq m) still retains its original terracotta floor. Either side of the entrance hall are two large rooms (each about 36 sq m). The stairs rise to a first floor landing, off which are again, two large rooms (each about 36 sq m). The stairs then rise to the attic. Attached to either side of the house are two outbuildings - one a stable and the other a forge - which could be incorporated into the main house.
