The house is located in a quiet cul de sac close to the city. It's well services by public transport (bus, luas or Dublin bike) or walk to town - approx 30 mins.

The monthly rent is €720 inc bills

Looking for a non-smoking person in their late 20's to early 30's. No couples. The ideal person will be social, clean & tidy with active interests and should be animal friendly as there is a 3 year old dog in the house.

You will be sharing with 1 female Irish professionals.
