IRT Berala on the Park is a first class care facility offering exceptional and professional 24-hour care to suit individual needs and promote your ongoing wellbeing.

We welcome each resident as an individual and give you and your family the peace of mind that you are being lovingly cared for by our professional team. We also take care of all the chores for you, such as washing, ironing, cooking and cleaning, so all you need to focus on is enjoying your free time and meeting new friends.

IRT Berala on the Park has been designed to create a luxurious homely feel with large lounge and dining areas and beautiful outdoor spaces. We also encourage you to get out and about by joining us on our bus outings or wandering across to the nearby park to enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens.

Community features

At IRT Berala on the Park we encourage you to maintain a level of independence and social interaction with your peers through participation in a range of resident activities. Participation is optional so you can enjoy being as active or relaxed as you like. We also offer a number of onsite services to further promote your ongoing wellbeing. Features include:

Care centre living

At IRT Berala on the Park we offer you a place to call home. Our rooms are elegantly appointed and designed to ensure paramount comfort featuring everything you need. For added peace and quiet, when you feel like spending some time on your own, all walls are double brick for optimum sound insulation.

We take the stress out of preparing nutritious, wholesome and fresh meals. Our delicious menus are created seasonally by our accredited in-house catering division, IRT Catering, and can be tailored to suit those with special dietary needs including diabetes, coeliac disease and gluten intolerance.

Specialised dementia care

We understand the special needs of residents living with dementia. IRT Berala on the Park provides safety, security and comfort through the provision of specially designed care, diversional activities, secure accommodation and outdoor areas. Our care employees are also specifically trained to provide dementia care.
