Living Area

Decorated in cool tones of neutral pale grey and finished with touches of opulent shiny metallics, the open plan living room combines with the kitchen and dining area and provides access to the terrace through full length double glazed doors. The terrace holds a table and chairs to seat two.

Bathed in natural light this living area, like the rest of the apartment comes with real wood parquet flooring and air conditioning.

There is a two-seater sofa, separate arm chair, glass coffee table, dining table to seat four and plenty of soft lighting for cosy nights in.

Kitchen

The kitchen that forms part of the living space is compact but well equipped and has been finished with white lacquered cupboards and a modern geometric splashback.

There is an oven, four ring hob, dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer and microwave.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom comes with the same real wood parquet flooring and has been finished in light dove grey tones. There are full length double glazed windows which open onto a Juliette balcony and the room is air conditioned.

There is a king-sized bed with soft grey headboard, bedside tables and reading lamps either side and a spacious mirrored wardrobe.

The second bedroom holds two single beds with one centrally positioned bedside table and reading lamp, a small free standing wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers with chair and air conditioning. The windows also open onto a Juliette balcony.

Bathroom

There is one bathroom in this apartment plus a separate WC.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities. The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
