The Promenade des Anglais is, and always will be, an iconic symbol of the French Riviera. Lined with towering palm trees and the Mediterranean's sparkling waters, this wonderful setting is where you will find the apartment, La Grande Vague.

Living Area

The light and airy living room benefits from a beautiful view out over the Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean beyond. It is from this room that the spacious terrace is accessed, providing that all-important element of al fresco living. On the terrace there is a table with chairs to seat four and a comfortable sun lounger.

The main living room is freshly painted in clean, bright white with light beige Provencal tiles on the floor. There is a three seater black leather sofa and separate red armchair. More touches of red are found in the sofa cushions and rug. There is also small black coffee table, a TV with DVD player and an interior dining table to seat four. There is air-conditioning in this room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is joined to the open plan living and dining area. It is simple and functional with cream cupboards and a wooden worktop. There is a four ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and small fridge with freezer compartment.

Bedrooms

The first and largest bedroom has access onto a second, smaller and shaded balcony at the back of the building. Like the living room, this area is painted white with modern grey tiles on the floor. There is a king size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side. There is also a small integrated wardrobe.

The second bedroom is next to the first, also situated at the back of the building. There is a double bed with bedside tables either side. There is an integrated, single wardrobe for storage.

Bathroom

The modern bathroom holds a walk in shower, wash basin and vanity unit. There is a separate WC next door.
