This characteristic Tuscan farmhouse enjoys 360 degree panoramic views with a particularly spectacular view of Monte Cetona.

The view of the house is set off by an amazing, historic oak tree.

The property was originally restored in the 1980s and then completely and sympathetically renovated by the present owner in 2004.There is a separate annex which could be used as guest accommodation and there is a small kitchen which the present owners use during the summer months when the pool is in use.

Near the house is a wonderfully spacious underground garage/cantina, with ample storage room for cars, a tractor and other garden equipment. Part of the garage space is currently set aside and used as a cantina.

There is also a separate room which houses the water treatment and softener system and another storage room for garden furniture.

There are two large underground storage tanks for water, which take water from the roof of the house and which have been prepared to take water from the two wells for use in an irrigation system. At the present time, the irrigation system has not yet been installed.

The property has been completely re-wired and has a comprehensive alarm system installed, with key or keypad control and a telephone alert system.

The heating system can be run by gas, and/or by the wood fired stoves in the kitchen and in the main sitting room, both of which contain boilers which send hot water to a storage tank in the attic, ready for distribution via the radiators.

Solar panels are also integrated into the system, meaning that in the spring, summer and autumn, the house enjoys almost constant hot water.
