This newly renovated, modern apartment is an ideal base for exploring Nice and the Cote D'Azur. Just a short walk to the beach and less than 12 minutes to the train station, the whole of the French Riviera is at your fingertips. The icing on the cake - a small balcony to relax and watch the world go by whilst sipping a glass of wine.

Living Area

The living area is bright and modern with two large French doors that open out to a Juliette balcony. There is a three seater sofa, rug and glass coffee table, as well as a flat-screen TV and DVD player for entertainment. The TV is fitted with Chromecast so that Tablet content can be viewed via the TV. A small dining table offers the perfect place for a dinner for two, but in our opinion, nothing beats drinks or breakfast on the balcony!

Kitchen

The American kitchen is open plan to the living area and is facilitated with a washing machine, four-ring hob, combi microwave/grill/convection oven, dishwasher and a small fridge freezer.

Bedrooms

The bedroom is light and airy; two French doors lead out onto a balcony with table and chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast al fresco. It hosts a double bed, double wardrobe, small LCD TV and DVD player. The bedroom also benefits from an elegant modern ceiling light and door blinds to block the morning sun out.

If you are travelling with a baby, there is space for a baby cot in the living area.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bath with shower unit, wash basin, toilet and bidet.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for two guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
